Deputy General Manager (Organizational Development & Performance Management)

Position Based in Karachi – Pakistan
Gender : Either (Preferably Female)
Qualification : MBA/MPA in HRM from a Leading University
Professional Experience : 05-08 years’ relevant experience in a reputable national/multinational Organization

Principal Accountabilities / Responsibilities
The applicant must be able to:
  • Develop policies, processes and initiatives to meet organization’s aspirations on talent management, career development, succession planning and organizational development in line with learning/development strategies.
  • Assist the HOD in planning for acquisition and optimum utilization of manpower for meeting the Company’s present and future requirement.
  • Provide professional support and advice on recruitment to line and department managers and advice managers on best practices in recruitment and selection.
  • Organize training programs after consulting with other line managers to identify training needs.
  • Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to draw up overall training plan and manage the training budget and materials for in-house training
  • Coordinate with training providers to develop suitable course content and evaluate the success of both individual training and the overall program.
  • Develop and implement a robust Performance Management System for the Company.
  • Conduct Performance Appraisals on regular intervals to measure the progress of employees toward meeting their goals and achieving objectives.

Executive Secretary

Position Based in Karachi – Pakistan
Gender : Preferably female
Qualification : Minimum Graduate from HEC recognized University/Institution
Professional Experience : 05-07 years’ relevant experience in a reputable national/multinational Organization

Principal Accountabilities / Responsibilities
The applicant must be able to:
  • Perform Secretarial functions for the CEO including, maintaining dairy of appointments, establishing and maintaining files.
  • Travel coordination, including air and ground transportation, hotel reservations, security, visas and other travel documentation, and expense reconciliation.
  • End-to-end meeting and event planning and logistics, including all-hands, offsites, team events.
  • Prepare agendas and meeting material.
  • Assist in day-to-day projects and assignments as needed.
  • Provide visitors’ support and manage high-volume calendars.
  • Perform other related duties, as assigned, for the purpose of ensuring the efficient and effective functioning of CEO’s Secretariate.

Deputy Manager (Organizational Development & Performance Management)

Position Based in Karachi – Pakistan
Gender : Either (Preferably Female)
Qualification : BBA/MBA/MPA in HRM
Professional Experience : 03-05 years’ relevant job experience.

Principal Accountabilities / Responsibilities
The applicant must be able to:
  • Contribute in conducting training needs assessment (TNA), developing plans and facilitate training sessions.
  • Coordinate, schedule and maintain all training courses and programs and also prepare approvals for the same.
  • Process requests received from HODs for external training while complying with policies and procedures, as per business needs of the Company.
  • Collect, compile and report results of evaluation, attendance and training data.
  • Maintain and update HR Manual / policies and procedures and Board resolutions at regular intervals.
  • Assist in preparation of succession plan for critical position and organizational manpower plan.
  • Provide support in carrying out recruitment process in a transparent manner at all levels.
  • Provide assistance in refining job descriptions and updating requirements of certain positions as per the directions of Departmental Heads.
  • Assist in Performance management process twice a year and support all departments in development of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) on yearly basis.
