Job Description
Qualification & Experience

Candidate should be either fresh Chartered Accountant or Chartered Secretary with degree in law /Commerce/Business having relevant post qualification experience of 3-5 years of working for well reputed organization.

Age: 30-40 years

  • Well conversant with Corporate laws, Code of Corporate governance and Stock Exchange Regulations.
  • Managing Board and Committee working papers including agenda and minutes, resolution etc.
  • Maintain all required legal records and act as custodian of key documents, organizing board performance reviews
  • Co-ordinate all arrangements for Board and Shareholders meetings to ensure the organization complies with its statutory obligations.
  • Ability to manage time and workload efficiently, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
